Description
We have an independently appointed D.G.S.A for the purpose of carriage of Hazardous Goods with 70% of our Drivers trained in its movement. Due also to our close proximity to Birmingham Airport we have ensured that we staff members trained to Level 4 Security for Air Freight Consignments. Again our close proximity to the NEC means that we can offer part load and full load services to exhibition contractors and exhibitors alike. On larger shows we run shuttle services from the NEC to our warehouse where goods can be unloaded and consolidated for ultimate delivery at our customers discretion. We are proud that many of the customers that we worked for in 1993 are still supporting us today. These have been supplemented by companies in the Freight Forwarding sector, Manufacturing, Importers of finished products and other Transport service providers throughout the country. In our capacity as a Midlands receiving depot for various freight forwarders, we handle goods for all parts of the world, but remain a totally independent third party facility. We have no other interests outside our own market such that all freight is handled with discretion and confidentiality. In short, we believe that this industry is a “people” industry and we have daily contact with many of our regular customers keeping them informed of vehicles progress and the status of the shipments entrusted to us.
