Maxi in Ireland Maxi Haulage’s biggest success story in the last 4 years has been our serious entry into the Irish market. We have moved from being a small player to a substantive operation moving between 700 to 800 trailers a week. We identified a major opportunity as, historically, the trucking market to Ireland was not that sophisticated. The opportunity was to apply contract management disciplines to what, historically, was a general haulage market. Truck and Bus delivery. Our site at Immingham specialises in delivering new trucks and buses that come into the UK. These are delivered by both transporter and trade plates. Multi drop common user network Is based on 2 hubs in Bellshill, Scotland and Warwick. From there, we deliver all over the UK each day using our own vehicles. . In-house Contract Distribution. We are based on various customer sites and generally our work on these contracts involves many added value services such as packaging return, cutting, stock management, loading and yard management.
