| Haulage Details: | I've got a metal art-poster display unit to go from Borehamwood, Herts. up to Ellesmere Port, W. Cheshire. The unit measures W70cm x H212cm x D70cm and there are 64 slats that fit into the unit (that the posters go in) which are in a pile separate from the unit (as it's too heavy to lift with them in it). Your online form asks for a weight and unfortunately I have no idea as I've no means of weighing it but I managed to shove it into the back of my car (it just about fits into the back of a Ford Mondeo hatchback with the seats down and the back door not quite closed!) I'm guessing the unit weight is around 120 kilos and then the combined weight of the insert bits probably another 90. I may be way off with these calculations though. Basically the entire thing would fit easily into a small transit or even a large estate car. the unit itself is on wheels so fairly easy to manoevre! I'm selling the unit on ebay and have had a request from a potential customer to get him a delivery cost - can you help me with this please? |
