There will be 12 sliding wardrobe doors measuring 2400mm x 1200mm x 60mm approx.
and weighing around 40kg each
3 doors @2400mm x 1100mm x 60mm weighing around 40kg each.
There will also be 5 tracks 3600mm x 100mm x 100mm max
weighing 5-10 kg each.
The best way to transport these doors is laying them upright on their long edges (like toast) and separating them in batches of three/four doors by steel or wood uprights floor to ceiling inside the van in order to keep them upright when going round corners. They cannot be palletised as ratcheting them together will break the glass when tensioning the ratchet.
The van needs to be long enough for the tracks and wide enough for 15 doors. the tracks are individually packed in cardboard boxes.
